The petroleum-free Coldstick formulation is a variation on our Super Lysine+ ointment including: Lysine – Well-researched amino acid that suppresses the activity of arginine. Calendula – Soothing botanical historically used to calm dry skin. Intensive Moisturizing Oils – Safflower, castor seed, jojoba, and vitamin E. Octinoxate & Oxybenzone – OTC sunscreen ingredients, which protect lips from the sun. Directions: Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Children under 6 months: ask a doctor.
