At Lifefuel, we are committed to processing and dispatching your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service Team using the details provided below within this 24-hour window.

  • If we receive your cancellation request within 24 hours and the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Post-24-Hour Cancellation

  • After 24 hours, most orders are processed and prepared for shipment.

  • If you wish to cancel after this period, cancellation may not be possible.

  • In such cases, you may refuse delivery when the order arrives.

  • Once the refused package is returned to us in its original, unopened condition, we will refund the product price (excluding shipping fees).

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for orders canceled after the 24-hour window or for refused deliveries.

  • If the returned item is not in its original, unopened condition, a restocking fee may apply.
