At Lifefuel, we are committed to processing and dispatching your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
Cancellation Window
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service Team using the details provided below within this 24-hour window.
If we receive your cancellation request within 24 hours and the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Post-24-Hour Cancellation
After 24 hours, most orders are processed and prepared for shipment.
If you wish to cancel after this period, cancellation may not be possible.
In such cases, you may refuse delivery when the order arrives.
Once the refused package is returned to us in its original, unopened condition, we will refund the product price (excluding shipping fees).
Important Notes
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for orders canceled after the 24-hour window or for refused deliveries.
If the returned item is not in its original, unopened condition, a restocking fee may apply.
