That’s why we offer a fair and transparent refund and returns policy to make your experience stress-free and seamless.

1. Returns & Refunds Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make at LifeFuel.com.au. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
This policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible to return a product if all of the following conditions are met:
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for the following:
• Opened or used supplements and health products.
• Perishable goods (e.g., food items, refrigerated products).
• Digital products or gift cards.
• Products returned beyond 30 days of purchase.
• Items not purchased directly from LifeFuel.com.au (e.g., bought via third-party platforms).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Email us at support@lifefuel.com.au with:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photographs (if item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions including our return address.
3. Package the item securely to avoid damage during transit. Use a tracked shipping method for your protection.
4. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
• Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days after inspection.
• You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Shipping charges are refundable only in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
5. Exchanges
If you received a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect:
• We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
• Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Send an email to support@lifefuel.com.au with your order number and supporting photos.
In some cases, we may require the return of the original item before sending a replacement.
6. Order Cancellations

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order. We cannot refund or replace items that are delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your parcel is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:
• First, check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors.
• Contact the shipping carrier for more information.
• If unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
