Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at lifefuel.com.au. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Currently, we ship within Australia only.

Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (AEST)

Processing Time: Orders are generally shipped within 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

 

Shipping Cost:
- Shipping is free on all orders within Australia.

While we use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.

In Case of Delay: If for any reason the shipment is delayed, we guarantee that it will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the order date. If the item is not delivered within 30 days, you are automatically eligible for a full refund without return.

Order Changes:

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return a product, you must start the returns procedure once you have received the item.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered, you should contact the carrier to locate your parcel. Once the item has been handed to the carrier, it is outside our control. However, if the issue persists, kindly write to us at support@lifefuel.com.au and we will do our best to help and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Sometimes tracking information may not be available due to technical delays or carrier system issues. In such cases, if you are still unable to locate your item, contact us at support@lifefuel.com.au and we will assist you promptly.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–72 hours.

Damages:

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a resolution.
